Legal papers say that say that although the band still believes their allegations against Vicky Cornell to be “well-founded,” they’ve agreed to dismiss them “for reasons communicated” to her lawyers.

The legal battle between the band’s surviving members and Vicky Cornell just keeps getting uglier and meaner.

Vicky Cornell alleges that the band has been “withholding hundreds of thousands of dollars in royalties owed to her and Chris’ minor children” in an “unlawful attempt to strong-arm Chris’ Estate into turning over certain audio recordings created by Chris before he passed away.”

“My children and I are heartbroken,” says his widow.

“I’m broken, but I will stand up for you and I will take care of our beautiful babies.”
