TED NUGENT IS UNDER INVESTIGATION FROM THE SECRET SERVICE

It’s no secret that Ted Nugent is a total asshole, but this might be a new low even for him. During a talk at a National Rifle Association convention in St. Louis this past Sunday, Nugent told the crowd that “if Barack Obama becomes the president in November again, I will either be dead or in jail by this time next year.” Charming.

Here’s video of the remark in question… you can hear it around the 1:39 mark, but the whole video is kinda worth watching, just to see how gross Nugent is:

So, hats off to Nugent for making Dave Mustaine look like a good dude.

But wait! This story has a punchline. See, the Secret Service really frowns on making remarks that imply you’re gonna kill the president. Which probably explains why a Secret Service agent tells New York Magazine “We are aware of [Nugent’s comments], and we’ll conduct an appropriate follow up.” Man, wouldn’t it be so great if The Nuge ended up in prison for this? To think, all these years I’ve been trying to figure out how to squash this idiot’s terrible music, and as it turns out, all I had to do was hand him a microphone.
