Holy shit, are we really on our tenth episode already?? Host Eli Shaika thought he’d make Cooking Contaminated #10 extra special, so in what will undoubtedly go down as the most truly BRUTAL episode in Cooking Contaminated history, he invited Rich Hoak (Brutal Truth, Total Fucking Destruction) to share his recipe for gunpowder-flavored PIG’S HEAD! Shenanigans ensue. WATCH.

Roast Pig’s Head:

1 pig’s head, cleaned and tongue removed
2 cups salt
1/2 cup black gunpowder
1/2 cup oyster sauce
1 liter of bourbon
1 cup honey, combined with 1 cup boiling water
