Chimaira’s Teasing… Something

Over on Chimaira‘s official Instagram page, something weird’s going on. Sure, we’ve all been hearing about that band’s return over the last few years — Hell, they’ve played a few shows here and there with some more planned for later this year. But this doesn’t look like a tease for some new shows.

As you can see in the post below, Chimaira posted a weird, looping video of a pulsing red decagon with three big dots, 21 little dots, and some weird noises playing in the background. Internet sleuths can easily put together that the dots could mean 3/21, or this Friday, March 21. So maybe something’s coming or is going to be announced at the end of the week.

Maybe it’s a new song and album announcement? Maybe something’s changing within the band? Who knows? All I know is that come Friday, something’s going to be revealed.
