What Year Is It?! Powerman 5000, Ill Niño Announce Co-Headlining Summer Tour
It’s 2025, right? Because I just saw some news about a Powerman 5000 and Ill Niño co-headlining tour of the U.S. this summer and I was instantly transported to the late ’90s/early 2000s. Not only that, but the bill included (hed) p.e., The Great Alone, and Priest. I could have sworn Trapt was on it, but…
All goofing aside, this tour is absolutely happening this summer and yes, Trapt was at one point on the bill, but has since either been kicked off or the band self-jettisoned off the bill. Given frontman Chris Taylor Brown’s super level-headed and totally not conspiratorial nature, I’m sure everything was peachy the entire time.
The tour itself kicks off on July 1 in Colorado Springs, California and will come to an end on August 2 in Brentwood, California. By the end of the tour, the run will have made 25 stops in total.
