Crypta and Jéssica di Falchi Amicably Part Ways

Brazilian death metal outfit Crypta took to Instagram moments ago to announce the departure of guitarist Jéssica di Falchi. Having joined the band in 2022, she was the most recent addition to the band, having replaced Sonia Anubis when she left the band that same year.

In a joint statement, both parties said the decision was mutual, stating that while Falchi was the one that decided she wanted to leave, everyone was okay with the move. The news comes not just as the band continues working on their third full-length album, but also as they gear up for their 2025 touring plans.

“This step was taken by mutual agreement, with the decision coming from her, and being respected and accepted by the band.

“We are immensely grateful to Jéssica for all our time, journey, experiences and adventures together over the last few years, and we will always cherish and appreciate all her contribution to the band.
