Acid Bath Add a New York Show with Eyehategod and Wailin Storms to Their Reunion Tour

0

Last month, I lamented about how California gets all the good shows when Acid Bath announced they’d added a show with High On Fire and Windhand to their ongoing reunion tour. At the time, there were no plans for the band to play the east coast at all, which felt like a travesty of the highest order.

Earlier today, that issue has been resolved, as the reunited outfit announced that they’ll be playing the Brooklyn Paramount in Brooklyn, New York on July 11. Not only that, but they’re going to have Eyehategod and Wailin Storms on hand as that show’s supporting acts.

If past experience is to be believed, this show will sell out insanely fast, but don’t you worry your little head. The same shit happened to all of the band’s previously announced shows and they just added a second one to get as many fans out to the shows as possible. So who knows? Maybe you’ll have a second chance if things sell out too quickly. Though I wouldn’t tempt fate and just do everything I could to get to that July 11 show.

With the newly announced Brooklyn show, the list of Acid Bath dates and the supporting acts are as follows:

4/25 New Orleans, LA The Fillmore (w/ Eyehategod)
4/30 New Orleans, LA The Fillmore (w/ Exhorder)
5/8-11 Columbus, OH Sonic Temple Art + Music Festival
5/15-18 Daytona Beach, FL Welcome To Rockville
7/11 Brooklyn, NY Brooklyn Paramount (w/ Eyehategod & Wailin Storms)
7/18-20 Mansfield, OH Inkcarceration Music & Tattoo Festival
8/22 Los Angeles, CA Hollywood Palladium (w/ High On Fire & Windhand)
8/28 Los Angeles, CA Hollywood Palladium (w/ Pig Destroyer & The Obsessed)
9/18-21 Louisville, KY Louder Than Life
