Deafheaven Announce EU and UK Tour Dates to Support New Album Lonely People with Power
San Francisco-based deathgraze outfit Deafheaven are gearing up for the release of their new album Lonely People with Power which is out on March 28 and which, despite the title, is not a concept album about Elon Musk. Now they’re planning a trek across Europe and the UK to promote the album to all the lonely people out there without power but with enough money for a ticket to a metal concert.
The upcoming European tour is scheduled to work around some existing festival dates the band already had planned including Rock Im Park and Rock Am Ring in Germany, Outbreak Festival in the UK, Graspop in Belgium, Hellfest in France, and Tons of Rock Festival in Norway. There’s also a random show in Switzerland with Spiritual Cramp, who are awesome but play a distinctly different type of music from Deafheaven, so that one is a bit weird. But regardless, tickets are scheduled to go on sale on Friday at 11 a.m. local time.
