Acid Bath Add a California Gig with High On Fire and Windhand to Their Reunion Run
My constant jealousy for all you lucky folks out on the west coast continues to simmer just below the surface, as once again you lucky bastards get the opportunity to see one hell of a show. Earlier today, the recently reunited Acid Bath announced they’re adding another date to their run of reunion gigs, only this time it’s in California and it will feature the mighty High On Fire and Windhand.
Set to take place on August 22 at the Hollywood Palladium in Los Angeles, the show promises to be astronomically insane. The riffs alone will be worth the price of admission, man. The riffs alone. Either way, it’s almost guaranteed that the show will sell out insanely quick, just as their New Orleans shows did. And if past experience is anything to go by, that means there might be a second California show announcement just around the corner. Who knows?
As it stands, this new date is the final one on their list of reunion shows before their set for this year’s Louder Than Life festival. Well, until they add another date or something, that is. The list of shows they’ve got going at the time of this post is as follows:
