Relive Boundaries’ First-Ever Headlining Tour with This Newly Released Documentary

0

Last year was a big one for Connecticut-based hardcore outfit Boundaries, having not only released their third album Death Is Little More, but also having gone on their first headlining tour across the U.S. It was a moment that solidified their place as one of today’s more promising hardcore acts.

In a bid to have that tour recorded for prosperity, the band released an hour-long documentary yesterday filmed and edited by Sarah Holick. With the goal being to capture both the good and the bad of what went down while out for the first time at the head of the bill, the band said they wanted to share something that other tour documentaries don’t.

“This documentary’s whole inception stems from the vision of visual artist, Sarah Holick. We wanted to share the experience of our first headlining tour in a way that other tour style documentaries don’t. We focused on our mental state, the fear of disappointment internally to ourselves, externally to fans, the expectation to succeed, but above all else, how love, support, and friendship are life’s most invaluable gifts and with them we can all achieve more than we ever thought. ‘Afraid of everything, thankful for all of it.’”

You can check out the entire documentary below. It’s really an interesting watch, so even if you’re not familiar with Boundaries and their work, it’s still worth a view.

Boundaries will be heading out on tour starting next month in support of The Plot In You, followed by a European headlining run with support from Varials, Dagger Threat and No Face No Case. They’ll also be playing some festivals later this year like Sonic Temple and Welcome to Rockville. All their tour dates will be listed below.
