Warbringer Look to Bring Us “A Better World” with New Single Tomorrow
It’s been roughly five years since California thrash metal motherfuckers Warbringer have dropped a new album. Weapons of Tomorrow from 2020 rips hard, but we’ve been devoid of the sort of skull crushing, back breaking, historically relevant thrash metal fury that John Kevill, Adam Carroll, Carlos Cruz, Chase Becker, and Chase Bryant can muster. That all changes tomorrow.
At 10 a.m. EST tomorrow, Warbringer will be dropping their new single and accompanying music video for the track “A Better World.” Given the promotional image associated with the song, I don’t think this is going to be all about sunshine and utopias…
In fact, earlier today the band posted a quick teaser of the song, which you can check out below and I gotta say, the five second snippet we got sounds pretty cool. I know it’s not much to go off of, but they haven’t disappointed me yet, so I’m here popping off on the expectation that this song is going to kick all kinds of ass.
In a previous post on their Instagram page, the band announced that tomorrow’s release will be the start of a new album campaign, meaning we’ll all know more about the full-length release. The band’s also got a special t-shirt on preorder in anticipation for the single’s release tomorrow. You can get your pre-order squared away.
So yeah. Check out the preview below. I’m stoked and you should be too.
