Next Year’s Headbangers Boat Cruise Adds Power Trip, The Exploited, Category 7, and More
Among all of the metal cruises out there, perhaps the most exciting for the last couple years has been Lamb of God‘s cruise the Headbangers Boat. Last year’s run was packed to the gills with killer acts and next year’s is looking even better.
We already reported on some of the initial bands revealed during this year’s cruise, but earlier today organizers announced a handful of additional bands added to the bill. Damn it if next year’s lineup doesn’t look like a hell of a good time, thanks to the addition of the following bands:
- Power Trip
- The Exploited
- Nekrogoblikon
- Gideon
- Walls of Jericho
- Category 7
Look at that list and tell me that doesn’t sound like a great time. Add in the fact that we already knew that the cruise would feature The Black Dahlia Murder, Brat, Clutch, Crowbar, Devildriver, Eighteen Visions, Fear Factory, Kublai Khan TX, and Obituary… well baby you’ve got a stew goin’ with this lineup.
In addition to the music, the cruise will feature a long list of additional activities curated by the members of Lamb of God themselves. We’re talkin’ conversations and Q&As with the band, a DJ set by Lamb of God drummer Art Cruz, an annual Headbangers Poker Tournament, a drum-off, and more.
Next year’s cruise will sail from Miami, Florida to Cozumel, Mexico on October 31, 2025 to November 4, 2025. Cabins and whatnot are still available, so be sure to get yourself a spot on the boat today.
