Carnal Tomb and Scalpture to Co-Headline European “Landkrieg Tour”
A punishing death metal duo will be steamrolling over Europe next Spring, as both Carnal Tomb and Scalpture will join forces to co-headline what they’re calling the “Landkrieg Tour”.
Set to kick off on April 15 from the city of Stuttgart, Germany, the run of dates will continue until the final show on April 26 in Villingen, Germany. Along the way, they’ll play shows in Belguim and the Netherlands as well.
Carnal Tomb will be touring in support of their latest full-length Embalmed in Decay, while Scalpture will be on the road to drum up excitement for their forthcoming, as of yet unannounced album, which will be their first on Testimony Records.
With their eyes on the run of dates, Carnal Tomb’s Marc Strobel said the band was excited to get the show on the road.
“We announce our return to the stage in April 2025 with great pleasure. The mighty Scalpture will be joining us on this offensive! Since we met them on our third concert ever, we have been following their unstoppable advance and witnessed their live power. Being label mates and supported by the same booking agency, this is a more than fitting package. We feel honoured to join forces on Scalpture’s album release tour. We promise to bring a ton of new material to the battles. Get ready!”
Simiarly, Scalpture guitarist Felix Marbach said the band was excited to engage in some “disgustingly sweaty chaos.” Gross.
“As we will launch our new album soon, we could hardly imagine a more fitting co-headliner for our debut tour than Carnal Tomb — as some of us have been fans since day one. Sharing the same label and booking agency is a bonus, but what really counts is that these guys absolutely shred on stage. Every night, we will be pushing ourselves to match their intensity. Get ready for some disgustingly sweaty chaos!”
