Tsjuder, Tiamat, Necrophobic Among Bands Added to Inferno Festival Norway 2025
If you’ve been looking for a reason to make your extreme metal pilgrimage over to Norway, then look no further than next years’ Inferno Metal Festival. As we reported earlier this month, this year’s event is once again returning to Oslo, with a long lineup of bands to catch live and a whole lot of extra shit to do as well.
For the uninitiated, the Inferno Metal Festival is an extreme metal festival held in various venues throughout Oslo, Norway over the course of four days. This year’s festivities will fall on Easter, but what better way to celebrate the rise of an undead demigod than by listening to black metal and death metal in one of the most metal places on Earth?
Earlier today, organizers announced that Tsjuder, Tiamat, Necrophobic, Schwein, and Vorbid were joining that weekend’s already stacked lineup. As it stands, here’s all of the bands that have been confirmed for the festival so far:
- 1349
- Tsjuder
- Tiamat
- Necrophobic
- Blood Incantation
- Aeternus
- Seth
- Abyssic
- Spectral Wound
- Angist
- Bythos
- Schwein
- Syn
- Vorbid
- Violent Magic Orchestra
Inferno Metal Festival will take place from April 17 to April 20 in Oslo, Norway. The festival will take place primarily on Rockefeller’s two stages: Rockefeller and John Dee, as well as other smaller clubs around the city. If next year’s festival is like previous years, there will also be a number of conferences and sightseeing tours. Tickets are available today with four-day passes for 3,400 NOK ($322.14 USD) and four-day passes and access to the conference for 3,950 NOK ($374.25 USD).
