Nails Pick up the Pace in New Single “Give Me The Painkiller”

0

No, it’s not a Judas Priest song… Even though they’re predominantly known for being grindcore motherfuckers, Nails dropped what can only be described as a thrashy speed metal ass-beater of a track. With their fourth full-length album Every Bridge Burning coming out on August 30 via Nuclear Blast, the band released its second single “Give Me The Painkiller” earlier today.

From the moment you hit play on the clip below, it just goes from 0-1,000 MPH. For nearly three minutes, you’re hit with something you might not have fully expected, and that’s a good thing. This song, just like the rest of the upcoming album, was produced by Kurt Ballou at God City Studio, with the cover artwork from Jef Whitehead.

Every Bridge Burning will be out on August 30 via Nuclear Blast, but you can preorder your copy today. If you’d like to catch Nails live, be sure to check out the full list of dates below.
