Converge, Jinjer, God Forbid, 3 Inches of Blood, and More Announced for Metal Injection Festival 2024
Now this is a fuckin’ festival lineup — and I’m not just saying that because I’m biased. In a year where other festivals over-hype and under-deliver, our friends over at Metal Injection just announced the second annual Metal Injection Festival and this time, it’s a certified banger from top to bottom. Taking place this time in their home turf of Brooklyn, New York, the two-day event will feature 31 bands on three stages over two days with an absolutely stacked lineup that’s sure to make you want to buy your tickets today.
Looking at the list of bands set to take the stage on September 21 and 22 at Brooklyn Monarch & Meadows, the big names stand out — Jinjer, Converge, God Forbid (doing a special Gone Forever set), and 3 Inches of Blood playing their first east coast show in a decade. Those four right there would make for a killer tour, but Frank Godla, Greg Kennelty, and everyone else at MI didn’t stop there. Goatwhore, Revocation, Rivers of Nihil, Vitriol… the list of bands just keeps popping off. It even includes a special commissioned set for the world debut of Pallid Veil, a special project featuring Luc Lemay of Gorguts, Dave Davidson of Revocation, Liam Wilson of The Dillinger Escape Plan and In Flames, and Elliot Hoffman of Carbomb.
Rather than belabor the point, here’s the full list of bands:

As it stands, early bird tickets are up for grabs right now at just $99 for both days. For each ticket purchased one dollar will also be donated to Headbang for Science, an annual scholarship award for high school seniors, undergrads & grad students who are pursuing a career in healthcare and/or the physical sciences, founded by SiriusXM curator/host and former Pharmacy grad student Jose “Metal Ambassador” Mangin.
So what the fuck are you waiting for? Get your tickets today and put this shit on your calendar. It’s going to be a wild one!
