Suffocation, Cancer, Weekend Nachos Among the Bands Announced for Full Terror Assault 2024
Earlier today, the organizers behind the ninth annual Full Terror Assault Open Air took to social media to reveal the very first batch of band announcements and boy, did they come out swinging.
Set to take place from September 6 to September 9 at Hogrock Ranch & Campground in Cave-In-Rock, Illinois. The entire event is for people 18 and up, will take place rain or shine, and rather than charge fans a ridiculous amount for booze, they’re running things as one big fuckin’ BYOB operation, so bring your own if you’re partaking.
The proceedings are being described by organizers as “an epic metal onslaught.” Given the following list of bands that have signed on to perform during the four day event, they might be right on the money with that description:

- Jump (Van Halen Experience)

- Morbid Saint

- Bonginator
I mean… Suffocation? Misery Index? Morbid Saint?! Sign me the fuck up, man! If that’s what you got for the first wave of bands, I’m excited to see who else will eventually land on the bill.
Ticket prices go from $219 for a two-day “shock pass” to the four day “terror pass” for $239. All passes include camping access, though parking passes will be available for purchase on site, so make sure to take that into account. You can get your tickets today.
