Bad Wolves Officially Welcome Guitarist AJ Rebollo Into the Fold with New Single “Knife”
Bad Wolves released a new song, “Knife,” alongside a lyric video. The song is out via Better Noise Music and features screaming vocals from AJ Rebollo. The song is significant for the band’s growth as Rebello, formerly of Issues, is now going to join as a full-time member.
As most fans will remember, Rebollo recently filled in with the band during their winter 2023 tour dates with Bush and Eva Under Fire.
Speaking of the new single, Bad Wolves lead vocalist Daniel “DL” Laskiewicz welcomed Rebollo into the fold.
“Feels good to be able to be the kind of band that one day works on a ballad and the next works on a song that is this heavy. Sometimes it’s fun to ‘prove’ that you can still write an ass beater. It’s exciting to be able to incorporate another powerful dynamic into Bad Wolves arsenal with AJ’s vocal style and riffs.”
As the band’s newest member, Rebollo said the song and his work with the band meant a lot to him, having followed his new bandmates over the years.
“I’m very stoked that I’ve been given the opportunity of joining up with the legends in Bad Wolves. I’ve been a fan of each of their bands since my early teens, so to say I’m honored to be playing with them would be an understatement. Each and every one of these guys brings something to the table that I’ve looked up to for many years. I had the amazing opportunity to get into the studio recently and work on the new track ‘Knife’ with them, and I’m very pumped for everyone to hear the vocals we put together. Cheers to the future!
Stream the song below, and now that the band have added a new member, stay tuned for music and tour announcements in the coming year. Hopefully there will be more to come.
