Asinhell Take a Walk Through the “Desert of Doom”
The latest single by Asinhell apparently stands on the shoulders of some pretty important giants of metal, according to guitarist Michael Poulsen, who you may know from Danish rock band Volbeat.
“‘Desert of Doom’ was inspired by Bolt Thrower, Death, Entombed, and Motörhead. Bang your head ’til it doesn’t bang no more!”
Comprised of Volbeat‘s Michael Poulsen, ex-Morgoth singer Marc Grewe, and Raunchy drummer Morten Toft Hansen, the band definitely pull from those influences in this track to bring the hammer down.
Impii Hora, which is set for release on September 29 via Metal Blade. And much like the other two singles, this one is a veritable headbanger right from the start. Mid-tempo, full of groove, and ready to kick some ass, “Desert of Doom” is lush with attitude.
