Blackbraid, Gaerea to Tour North America This Fall
Two of the most interesting black metal acts out today are combining efforts and taking on North America as Blackbraid and Gaerea announced earlier that that they’ll embark on the “Crypt of Ancestral Knowledge Tour” starting next month.
Set for nearly two dozen dates across the U.S. and Canada, the tour will kick off in St. Louis on September 29 and come to an end in Denver on October 24. Joining them on this tour will be Wolves in the Throne Room.
Of course, both bands are heading on the road to support their latest releases. In Blackbraid’s case, it’s his sophomore effort Blackbraid II he released just last month, while Gaerea will be touring on the back of their 2022 release Mirage.
According to the tour’s organizers, fans of the Portuguese black metal outfit should pay particular attention to this run of dates, since it’ll be the first time Gaerea will debut their new look.
Tickets will go on sale this Friday at 10 a.m. local time.
