Rammstein Deny Allegations of Potential Misconduct at a Pre-Show Party

German industrial metal act Rammstein are facing allegations of potential misconduct following the kick off of their European tour in Vilnius, Lithuania. According to a recent post on the band’s official Twitter page, representatives said they could “rule out the possibility that what is being claimed took place in our environment.”

The allegation stems from a woman named Shelby Lynn, who claims one of her drinks was allegedly spiked by someone either in the band or working for the band. In a series of posts, she outlined what she experienced at both a pre- and post-show party, as well as an incident that took place during the show involving vocalist Till Lindemann.

According to Lynn, she was allegedly whisked away during intermission to have sex with Lindemann, despite allegedly being told by handlers that wasn’t the reason she was meeting him. When she denied his advances, she alleges he became visibly angry.

Following the show and after-party, she returned to her hotel room, where she allegedly found bruises on her body that she claims she did not remember getting. She also claims that she went to Lithuanian police, but says the authorities didn’t help her file an official report, even though she says she has witnesses that can attest to her allegations.

Speaking further on the incident, Lynn clarified that she’s not alleging that Till ever raped her, stating clearly that he didn’t touch her at all and that he accepted that she would not have sex with him during their encounter.

Lynn has since been served a cease and desist letter from the band’s legal team.

Ever since Lynn’s allegations were made public, multiple women have come forward with accusations of their own, as well as a detailed outline as to how women are allegedly chosen for the pre- and post-show parties.

Let the record show that while these allegations aren’t to be taken lightly, Lynn’s allegations are still just allegations at the moment, as no charges have formally been filed.
