THIS DUDE IS A GOOD SINGER

I like Shadowside by and large because of their singer, Dani Nolden. He almost sounds like a husky-voiced woman. Y’know, like Demi Moore or something. I also like Shadowside because Raphael Mattos plays a (presumably custom-made) guitar with a cow design on it. Because whenever I see metal guitarists with their bad-ass guitars, I’m always like, “Naw, dude, skulls and blood and inverted crosses are so over. Cows gotta represent, son.”

I also like Shadowside’s new video, “Hideaway,” because of the story line. I mean, Dani is really passionate about making her masks, and her mom, like, totally doesn’t want her to, and you can tell her mom is a square because she wears a bandana. Also, something with a calendar. I think it’s a calendar. Okay so I couldn’t follow it exactly, but still. This dude is a good singer.
