MetalSucks’ Best Live Photos of 2022 as Chosen by the Photographers

One of the coolest things about this gig is being able to see some of the coolest bands play some of the coolest shit on a regular basis. When we’re not able to get out to a show ourselves, that’s when we fire up the ol’ J. Jonah Jameson voice and tell our wonderful photographers across the U.S. (and around the world sometimes) to “GET ME (INSERT BAND HERE).” …Though usually we ask and in a much nicer manner than that.

We’re lucky to have been able to rely on the incredibly talented work that the following photographers are willing to contribute to MetalSucks. The following individuals go above and beyond, taking time out of their personal lives to run out to a venue and throw themselves before a sea of enthusiastic fans, risking spilled beer, crowd surfers, rowdy artists, and the risk of catching COVID because that’s still a thing — all so we can have amazing photos for your eyeballs.

All we can say is we’re excited to see what awesome photos we’ll be able to get in 2023, especially with so many tours having just been announced. It’s going to be one hell of a year.
