Ingested Team Up With Trivium’s Matt Heafy for “All I’ve Lost”
With a new album out today and is kicking off a tour with one of the biggest acts in metal right now, things seem to be going right for U.K. death metal act Ingested. In an effort to celebrate the release of Ashes Lie Still, the band dropped a new single “All I’ve Lost,” along with an accompanying music video.
Featuring guest vocals by Trivium frontman Matt Heafy, Ingested vocalist Jason Evans says “All I’ve Lost” is a tell-all track about his personal battle against addiction.
“We are very happy to unleash upon you our next single ‘All I’ve Lost,’ featuring the mighty Matt Heafy. This is a song about my personal struggles with addiction, my fall into darkness, and my subsequent battle to claw my way back out. I hope you all enjoy this song, blast it loud, and remember, even when the world seems at its bleakest, you do have value, you do have worth, and there is always hope. Big love.”
So check out the song and bloody music video below. It’s an absolutely devastating ripper. As for tonight, the band is kicking off their tour with Lorna Shore. If you want to see where they’re planning on stopping, be sure to check out the list of North American dates below.
