Periphery’s Misha Mansoor (aka Bulb) Releases Song With His Brother, “Far Too High”
Periphery stans may remember a track called “Far Too High” that mastermind/guitarist Misha Mansoor and his brother, Axel, recorded and released together back in 2017. That song, which sees Axel handle vocals, has been reworked and included on Misha’s new solo album, Moderately Fast, Adequately Furious, which he’ll release under the Bulb moniker on July 16 through Periphery‘s 3DOT Recordings.
Misha offered of the final version:
“Hey everyone, this is the last track we are putting out before the album comes out next Friday! Some of you may recognize this collaboration with my brother Axel Mansoor from my Youtube channel. This final and official version is available to stream everywhere! Despite the changes being relatively small, I’m quite happy with and proud of this version, and I do hope you enjoy it too. Do you guys think my brother and I should collaborate more? If so what style should it be?”
Listen below. You can pre-order Moderately Fast, Adequately Furious here, as well as check out the previously released songs “Upload Apathy,” “Echo Teuffel” and “Parabolica.”
Misha recently sat down in front of a video camera for MetalSucks to watch fan YouTube covers of Periphery songs; watch that below as well!
