Current and Ex Members of Iron Maiden and Poison Release Album Making-of Video

Smith/Kotzen, the aptly-monikered new project from Adrian Smith (Iron Maiden) and Richie Kotzen (The Winery Dogs, ex-Poison), continues to be a traffic boon for MetalSucks. I don’t know if that means our readership now entirely consists of the gray-haired or if “Smith/Kotzen” is the secret magic password to unlock The All-Holy Facebook Algorithm® or what.

I found this confusing before; having now listened to Smith/Kotzen, the aptly-monikered debut album from Smith/Kotzen, I am downright baffled. I mean, don’t get me wrong: it’s not at all bad. But I don’t think it’s anything special.

Having said that, the need to feed my eight children dictates that I post the below Smith/Kotzen make-of video. Juicy insider details include Smith revealing that he and Kotzen “have a lot in commen,” and that the project has been “fun” for Kotzen. Oooooooooooh!
