Speaking of Korn

If there’s one thing everyone knows about little kids, it’s that that they can’t ever remember the melody for “Twinkle Twinkle Little Star.” This makes teaching them the alphabet incredibly difficult, and accounts for why so much of the country is afflicted with illiteracy.

Enter Nick Harrison. This educator has finally figured out a way to teach infants the alphabet that’s guaranteed to stick: instead of “Twinkle Twinkle Little Star,” he’s using the melody from “Coming Undone” by Korn, the #1 most beloved band of kindergarten children. GENIUS!

Harrison initially shared the video on TikTok, after which it soon went viral, and was shared on Instagram by none other than Jonathan Davis himself. Harrison showed his appreciation in this subsequent clip:

@mrprofessor318

Thank you @korn and Jonathan Davis for being FREAKIN’ AMAZING! And thank you to my followers, who will always BeGreat! ♬ Alphabet Undone by mrprofessor318 – Nick Harrison

Follow Harrison on TikTok for lotsa other fun videos of him headbanging and lip syncing and singing karaoke and doing all sorts of silly stuff. My snark aside, he seems like the kind of teacher I would have LOVED when I was younger, and I’m jealous of his students.

Also, this is by the far the most I’ve ever enjoyed “Coming Undone.” Bravo, sir!
