Video: Security Guard Gets Down With Chelsea Grin

These days, venue security guards — particularly ones who clearly aren’t familiar with the performing band — are often as entertaining as the shows they’re, um, guarding. Sometimes that’s because they have a negative reaction to the band playing, as was the case with Dance Gavin Dance last summer… and sometimes, it’s because they actually seem to dig the music, as was the case with The Acacia Strain in 2017.

This video of a security guard slowly realizing he actually likes Chelsea Grin falls into the latter category. It was filmed back in 2018, but for some reason, YouTube’s recommendation algorithm only just brought it to my attention now, and I found it so amusing, I felt compared to share it with you all. I hope you get as much of a kick out of as I did.
