Ticket Prices for Judas Priest’s 50th Anniversary Tour Revealed
Judas Priest made good on the promise of celebrating their 50th anniversary as a band in 2020, announcing a massive North American tour earlier this week. These shows promise to be quite the spectacle, highlighting material from throughout the band’s storied career with the epic stage production and riveting performances for which they’ve become known. “We can’t wait to raise horns with you again at this once in a metal lifetime event!,” enthused the band. What’s more, Sabaton, who always put on a fantastic show, will be opening all dates.
With so many big tours already announced for this coming summer and fall — Mötley Crüe / Def Leppard, Rammstein, Guns N’ Roses and Slipknot, to name a few — we’ve decided to take a look at how tickets for the Judas Priest tour are priced so you can figure out how you’re gonna spend your hard-earned dollars this year.
And the news is good news! Tickets are very affordable on this run.
Tickets for the larger arena shows start around $50, which will get you a decent seat in the 100 level inner bowl. You can sit on the floor right next to the soundboard for around $80, while seats closer to the stage run anywhere from $125 to $250. It appears the 200 level hasn’t been opened up for sale for these shows.
At the Covelli Center in Youngstown, OH, and other smaller arenas like it, floor tickets right up front will run you just $75 while the worst seat in the house, the back of the inner bowl (there is only one level), starts at $46. The shows on this tour that are playing outside amphitheaters are even more affordable, like in Philadelphia and Charlotte, where seated tickets are available for as low as $35 and lawn seats are posted for even less.
