Listen: Ozzy and Post Malone Team up for New Track “It’s a Raid”
Ozzy Osbourne’s heavily anticipated new album, Ordinary Man, comes out TOMORROW — in fact, we’ll have a review of it up shortly. In the meantime, Ozzy has released one last single for you to enjoy — “It’s a Raid,” which re-teams him with Post Malone. Shit is so bonkers, they shoulda called it “It’s a Rage.”
Ozzy guested on Malone’s track “Take What You Want” last year. That collaboration got Ozzy so hot n’ bothered that it inspired him to make Ordinary Man — with Malone’s producer, Andrew Watt, no less. Additionally, Watt plays guitar on most of Ordinary Man (save for a pair of guest solos by Guns N’ Roses guitarist Slash, on the songs “Straight to Hell” and the title track, which also features Elton John). Ordinary Man is rounded out by Duff McKagan (also of GN’R fame) on bass and Chad Smith (Red Hot Chili Peppers) on drums.
Listen to “It’s a Raid” below. Ozzy recently cancelled — er, postponed — his North American “No More Tours 2” farewell trek (again) due to his ongoing health issues.
