Scissorfight Announce New Album; Life Has Meaning Again
Here’s a great reason to stay alive at least another few months: Scissorfight have announced that they’ll release a new album, Doomus Abruptus Vol. 1, on December 6 via Salt of the Earth Records (I’m no scholar of dead languages, but I’m pretty sure that’s not real Latin). Unfortunately the New Hampshire quartet, who remain the world’s foremost creators of agriculturecore (agricoreture?), have not yet released a single from the album. They have, however, unveiled the cover art, which looks like this:
An ape man, a forest, and a skull. Yup, that’s our Scissorfight, alright!
Watch this space for more details. In the meantime, if you live in or near Manchester, NH, Scissorfight will play two nights of record release shows on December 6 + 7 at The Shashkeen, with different support acts each night. There’ll be a special discount for fans who go both nights. Get details here.
