ANTHRAX NEWS UPDATE; RUMORED TALKS WITH BELLADONNA, SCOTT IAN JAMS WITH ALICE IN CHAINS

In the latest spate of terrible news from the Anthrax camp, the Queens-born thrashsters are rumored to be in talks with former lead singer Joey Belladonna to work on a new album together. Should Anthrax decide to make an album with Belladonna, we guarantee it will be mostly irrelevant. We’ve said it before, and we’ll say it again: Anthrax needs to do whatever it takes to get John Bush back in the fold and make something worthwhile.

Meanwhile, Anthrax guitarist / King Jew / publicity whore / VH1 mainstay Scott Ian jammed with Alice In Chains at The Mandalay Bay Event Center in Las Vegas on Friday, September 21 for a rendition of the Alice in Chains classic “Man in the Box.” Check out the picture, right, taken by Brian Smith.
