Devourment Debut New Song “Cognitive Sedation Butchery”

Slam pioneers Devourment have announced that they’ll release Obscene Majesty, their sixth full-length and first new album in six years, on August sixteenth. That is exactly the kind of thing which will make crazy people in the Internet think there’s some kind of conspiracy going on here. I can just hear them now: “…and if you play the record backwards, you can hear them saying ‘Kill your kitty!’” or whatever.

And that would actually be kind of hilarious.
