Disturbed: David Dramain Meets His Doppelgänger in the UK
Speaking of Slipknot: Disturbed completed a tour of Europe and the UK earlier this week at the O2 Apollo in Manchester, and it seems that frontman David Draiman made a very special friend during the show… himself.
No, I don’t mean he befriended himself in a self-help kinda way — I mean the dude found his virtual clone in appropriately-named fan Carlos Pau-Real, who is a dead ringer for Draiman himself. In fact, Draiman told the Manchester audience that when he first spotted Carlos, during the band’s previous show in London, “there were a bunch of people in the crowd that actually thought he was me, to the extent that they took pictures with him, and he took pictures with them!”
Draiman subsequently invited Carlos on-stage, which was nice of him. Clearly, Carlos isn’t embarrassed by the resemblance. So presumably he’s not capable of feeling embarrassment at all.
