Periphery Announce Mini-Tour with Dance Gavin Dance
Periphery just announced a 15-date U.S. tour with… Dance Gavin Dance. Not exactly the sexiest pairing for metalheads (this one included), although I do know plenty of folks who like that band, too. Plus it’s probably a great opportunity for Periphery to expand their base a bit. No hate.
Don Broco, Hail The Sun, and Covet (the latter of whom I’d be most interested in seeing) will support the trek.
Periphery just wrapped up recording their sixth album. That’ll probably be out in the first half of 2019… maybe in time for these dates?? Who knows.
The New York City show is the same day as Dream Theater playing Scenes From a Memory in full and as Baroness/Deafheaven. Yikes! Decisions, decisions. Sorry, folks in Montana, I know this is an “uptown problem,” as it were.
