BECAUSE DAVE GROHL IS THE F*CKING MAN, SOME LIVE FOO VIDEOS FOR YA

The one awesome part from this year’s MTV VMAs was, fittingly, not even aired — an amazing full set by the Foo Fighters and special guests at the Fantasy Suites. The Foos’ stellar list of special guests included Lemmy from Motorhead, Queens of the Stone Age, Cee-Lo, Serj Tankian from System of a Down, and the mighty Mastodon (pre Brent Hinds mugging).

Fortunately, MTV has posted video of the entire thing on their website; it’s all good stuff, but the two highlights for me are a searing rendition of the Foos’ “All My Life” and QOTSA’s “Make it Wit Chu” featuring Cee-Lo’s sweet pipes and Dave Grohl on drums (!). Dude can still fucking slam on the skins. Basically, Dave Grohl is the fucking man and there is no arguing with this undeniable fact.
