Dj Slashba Arrested for DUI

Metal Injection tells me that TMZ tells them that law enforcement officials in Fairbury, IL tell them that former Guns N’ Roses/current Sixx A.M. guitarist Dj Slashba was arrested this past Friday, July 27 (that’s his mug shot up top). Apparently, Slashba was pulled over for racing through a stop sign, “but, because he showed signs of impairment, officers gave him field sobriety tests.” Which he. Y’know. Failed.

We can assume Slashba was inspired to drive under the influence after watching Slash crash his car in the “Don’t Cry” video.

We can also assume this means Slashba doesn’t actually drink his own brand of water, for if he had, surely, the alcohol level in his blood would have been lower. And it’s not even like he has a good excuse: remember, Slashba once gloated that his water comes in “21-gram plastic bottles, so it’s not the kind where you open it up and shit goes all over the place.” So he easily could have driven while enjoying his top-quality water. This was really just foolish.
