Video: Suicide Silence Debut New Song with Fill-In Guitarist Mike “Lonestar” Carrigan (Darkest Hour)
Fans who saw Suicide Silence perform at last week’s Ragefest in Lexington, KY were gifted with a special treat: the live debut of a new song, the title of which is not currently known. You can watch video below.
Eagle-eyed viewers will also note that although they both have long blonde hair and big beards, the guitarist standing stage right is not Mark Heylmun, but, rather, Mike “Lonestar” Carrigan, of Darkest Hour and At All Cost fame. Although the fan who shot and uploaded this video, Perry Creason, says that Heylmun “was away with his family,” we do not currently know where that information comes from or, assuming it’s accurate, why Heylmun is away with his family (e.g., someone could be sick, he could be having a kid, etc.). MetalSucks has reached out to reps from Suicide Silence for comment and will update this article as soon as we know more.
