The Black Dahlia Murder and Whitechapel to Play Popular Albums in Full on Co-Headlining Tour
In the words of our pal Emperor Rhombus: Eeeeeennnnteresting. The Black Dahlia Murder and Whitechapel have announced a co-headlining summer tour, on which each band will play one of their albums in full. For Whitechapel, that means celebrating the tenth anniversary of their big breakthrough, This is Exile; for BDM, it means celebrating the eight-month anniversary of their most recent offering, Nightbringers. Devoting so much of your set to new material is a ballsy move — we all still bitch and moan about that bullshit Iron Maiden/A Matter of Life and Death tour — but Nightbringers was so well-received by the fans, I can’t imagine anyone complaining.
As icing on the cake, support will come from Fleshgod Apocalypse, Aversions Crown, and Shadow of Intent.
