“We Know Where You Fucking Live”: Marilyn Manson’s New Song is Pretty Decent

Following the abysmal back-to-back releases of The High End of the Low and Born Villain, Marilyn Manson seems to be slowly-but-surely  crawling his way back to form. His last album, 2015’s The Pale Emperor, didn’t pack quite the industrial kick of his best records, but at least the songs weren’t boring (which can’t be said for Low or Villain). Now, between the song sample we heard back in November and the newly-released single “We Know Where You Fucking Live,” it seems safe to assume that Manson’s latest offering, Heaven Upside Down, is going to be a full-on return to the sound for which he’s known.

Which isn’t to say that “We Know Where You Fucking Live” is a great song… but it’s definitely another big step in the right direction. Hopefully the rest of Heaven Upside Down is even stronger.
