ROB ZOMBIE’S HALLOWEEN LEAKS ONTO THE NET

The movie industry is afraid of few things more than going the way of the record industry, and more and more, they have reason to be: CHUD reports that Rob Zombie’s remake/reimagining/rewhatever of Halloween, which hits theaters this Friday, has leaked onto the internet. Making the story even more interesting is the fact that the leaked version is apparently NOT the one which will be released later this week, but, rather, an earlier cut of the film which Zombie has since changed drastically.

As of right now, of course, far more people illegally download music than movies, since movies are a) much bigger files and b) the leaks are generally much lower quality. Still, you have to think this is the kind of thing which marks the beginning of the end for the film industry… at least as we know it.
