“What the fuck is a ‘Stockton Slap’?” Maynard James Keenan of Tool and A Perfect Circle fame wondered aloud… and then the UFC’s Nate Diaz, a native of Stockton, CA, showed him. Granted, it was a very, very mild version of a Stockton Slap, but still. I ain’t lettin’ no dude who fights people for a living shake my hand, let alone get anywhere near my face with the very instrument he uses to pummel people. Maynard is a brave man.
