Completely Unreadable Band Logo of the Week: Win Vinyl Albums by Opeth + Paradise Lost from Music for Nations!
Congrats to reader Brandon Hoeppner! Brandon each correctly identified last week’s logo as belonging to the band Der Rote Milan. For his troubles, Brandon wins a copy of the new Vektor album, Terminal Redux, on vinyl! Congrats, Brandon!
But don’t cry if you lost, because this week we’ve got another sweet prize to give away: vinyl copies of Opeth’s live album, Lamentations, and the reissue of Paradise Lost’s seminal 1992 album, Shades of God! Opeth’s Lamentations was originally available only as a DVD; now it will get a 180 gram vinyl release, with new album art by longtime visual collaborator Travis Smith. Paradise Lost’s Shades of God, meanwhile, arrives in beautiful picture disc form. Both editions will be released July 22 via Music for Nations. You can pre-order Lamentations here and Shades of God here… or, of course, just enter this contest and hope you win!
To win, identify the name of the band whose logo appears below, then fill out the form beneath it with your guess and your name and address. From everyone who gets it right, we’ll randomly select two winners — one for Lamentations, one for Shades of God — and announce their names next week.
Here’s this week’s logo, which was suggested by Karol, and it rrrreeealllyyy tough. Good luck, gang!
