SPEAKING OF LAWSUITS AND SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES…

Former Marilyn Manson keyboardist Madonna Wayne Gacy, né Stephen Gregory Bier Jr., is suing his former boss for “partnership proceeds” – allegedly, Manson screwed the guy out of royalties owed in favor of purchasing Nazi memorabilia. And even though Gacy often seemed like he didn’t bring much to the band (live, his job seemed to consist of drinking beer and leaning forward on the keyboard every now and then, hitting a few buttons to trigger some samples), it’s worth noting that the dude has a LOT of songwriting credits with Manson – which means he probably should, at the very least, have walked away from the band as a millionaire.

I didn’t even realize that Gacy had left the band; for anyone keeping score at home, that makes Marilyn Manson just the latest act to now feature only a single original member, and Gacy the umpteenth former member to sue Manson. Is Manson the new Axl or what?
