Primitive Weapons See in the Dark with “Night Eyes”

Last we heard from NYC’s Primitive Weapons was in June, when they released a killer new video and announced their upcoming new record, The Future of Death. We’ve since been waiting excitedly for more music and more information.

Well, now we have both! The band has released a new track titled “Night Eyes,” which you can hear below. It’s an absolutely killer song, a driving and yearning melodic hardcore track with a lot of Deftones, Tombs, and even a bit of Scarlet thrown in there. Listen below and let it rip you to shreds like shattered glass in a whirlwind.

Meanwhile, Primitive Weapons’ new album, The Future of Death, drops April 15th via Party Smasher Inc., the label owned by Dillinger Escape Plan guitarist Ben Weinman. You can pre-order it here, and definitely should, as this one’s going to fucking slay.
