Watch Stone Temple Pilots Perform “Interstate Love Song” with Joss Stone

Did you guys know that Jimmy Kimmel has something called “Mash-Up Mondays” on his show? I didn’t, because I only ever watch the program clips that people get all hot n’ bothered about online. But this is apparently something that he does, and for last night’s edition of the series, he had Joss Stone front Stone Temple Pilots for a rendition of “Interstate Love Song.” So they became “Joss Stone Temple Pilots.” Adorable.

More than that, though — good. Granted, I haven’t seen Scott Weiland perform over seven years, but Stone blew him right the fuck out of the water, and Christ knows that pretty much ANYONE is better than Chester Bennington. Given that the band now needs a new lead singer, maybe they can figure out a way to get Joss to take the gig? (And by “a way,” I mean $$$$$$$$$$.)
