The Sword Announce Massive Fifty-Date North American Fall Tour
For all the coverage we’ve given The Sword on MetalSucks over the years I don’t believe I have ever seen them live. Crazy, I know! Sure, we give them some friendly ribbing for sounding like Black Sabbath, but they’re a great live band by all counts, and music like theirs is best experienced in the live setting anyway. Smoke a doob and just get into it.
Lucky for me — and for you — The Sword just announced a FIFTY DATE North American fall tour consisting of two legs. The first leg starts on October 9th and runs for four weeks with Kadavar and All Them Witches opening, and after a two week break the second leg kicks off for another month with Royal Thunder in tow.
If you don’t catch The Sword this fall you’re either not trying hard enough or you live in Montana (and if you live in Montana you’re probably not trying hard enough… at life). Even perennially ignored Florida gets dates on this run!
Europeans can catch The Sword on their side of the pond now through the end of September.
New album High Country comes out this Friday, August 21st; listen to the title track, “Early Snow,” “Mist and Shadow” and “Dreamthieves,” and pre-order the album here.
