Today in Fifteen Second Social Network Samples: Nergal’s Solo Album
Nergal — or as he’s known in Brooklyn, “Noigal” — has shared two small snippets of his upcoming “stripped down and simple” solo project, which you can check out below. As always, I say this with the caveat that it’s really hard to judge something based on such a brief sample, but I gotta say: I like what I’m hearing! It has a real twangy-yet-bluesy feel to it, like some old Stones shit or The Georgia Satellites… it’s not country and it’s not blues, but it’s got elements of both of those genres. The final album should be really, really interesting!
