Watch: Suicide Silence Hotbox a Car with Cypress Hill’s B-Real

Suicide Silence’s Mark Heylmun and Eddie Hermida are, far and away, the heaviest, least-radio-friendly, least-famous of the metal-friendly guests to appear on B-Real’s The Smoke Box thus far (the others being Deftones guitarist Stephen Carpenter and System of a Down bassist Shavo Odadjian). Which is awesome! It suggests that B-Real, or at least someone B-Real was smart enough to hire, has his finger on the pulse of modern music, and isn’t just a cranky old dude to stopped listening to new music at the turn of the century.

And the interview is entertaining on multiple levels… not least of which is simply watching the stoned face of Heylmun, a total weed fiend (dude wants a lighter now!).
