More Video Clips of Giraffe Tongue Orchestra, the Dillinger Escape Plan/Mastodon Supergroup
Outside of Brent Hinds and Ben Weinman, the lineup for Giraffe Tongue Orchestra has shifted a bit since the project was first announced in 2011. BUT, from what we can tell, this is the final lineup that recorded an album with producer Steve Evetts at the end of January:
Brent Hinds (Mastodon, duh)
Ben Weinman (Dillinger Escape Plan, duh)
Thomas Pridgen (ex-The Mars Volta, Suicidal Tendencies, Trash Talk)
Pete Griffin (ex-Zappa Plays Zappa, ex-Dethklok)
Juliette Lewis (ex-tons of movies, Juliette Lewis and the Licks)
Last week we got to hear a short clip from the studio, and today we get two slightly more substantial ones courtesy of Mr. Griffin’s Instagram account:

It’s not much, but it seems promising enough… yeah?
Speaking of Brent Hinds and Pete Griffin, the latter tells MetalSucks he’s also the bassist in Hinds’ new side-project with Tool’s Danny Carey, Legend of the Seagullmen, whose two new tracks we reported on yesterday.
